Since previous release this version adds support for int64 type and fixes sign for some fields.

Also, archives for this version are expected to be generated automatically with github actions

The files are imported now pretty fast: 1 minute at 4GHz core.
And there are no issues with current DB2 files and DBD naming schemes.
And everything from current arsenal of DB2 is supported: copy tables, relation tables, every compression type.
Hence I mark this release as v1.0
