Decimals not displayed consistently

so I found when card was set to display decimal points it wasn't doing that correctly in some cases sometimes showing none and sometimes showing 2 decimal places. The min and max also were rounding to whole degrees. If rounding is set not it should consistently display 1 decimal pace for all temperature entities.
