A Desktop and Mobile App

Objective

This program will convert a real-life image to a sketch drawing, to a painting and overlay the sketch to produce a cartoon. A scary "evil" mode is used to create bad characters instead of good characters. A basic skin detector and skin color changer, to give someone green "alien" skin and will convert the project from a desktop app to a mobile app.

Technologies Used

For desktop App

C++ with OpenCV is used. Qt for Interface.

For Mobile App

Android is used. IDE - eclipse

To use this: just clone this and simply run the programs.
