v0.5 - The Curse update

• Added Sakura and Mulberry bark as sawing output because it makes sense. Mulberry bark can be soaked just as Mulberry logs can, but they cannot be used for tanning leather. (yet)
• Added Anvil recipes to the Deco Addon blocks that needed them.
• Added Glass Chunks, from melting glass in a crucible. This allows witch farms to produce glass.
• Added White Stone Bricks.
• Added Tatami mats.
• Added Egg Incubation from BTW Tweaks: place (read: drop) a single egg on a block of padding with a lit light block overhead, and the egg will hatch into a cute baby chick.
• Added Pavement.
• Modified enough textures for the Japanese Culture part to finally be considered a spiritual successor.
• Fixed painting Fusumas. Hopefully for the last time.
• Removed Kiln Doubling, as it's now a feature in BWM itself.
• Fixed a wide assortment of bugs.
