主要变更 #176

  1. 引入 husky, cz, commitlint, lint-staged, prettier
  2. 删除 eslint 并用 prettier 替代
  3. 在 github-workflow 中加入ts 类型检查和prettier代码风格检查
  4. 添加 git-cz 相关配置
  5. 添加 lint-staged 相关配置
  6. 使用 prettier 格式化所有代码
