Add QuickTrainSpace dashboard banner and update refresh button color

This commit implements the "QuickTrainSpace" feature on the dashboard, allowing general users to easily access and train their models. Additionally, the refresh button color has been changed from red to blue to improve visual consistency. The update aims to enhance convenience and efficiency in model training for our application.
