removes svg text highlighting (closes Add something to CSS class to not highlight SVG text #64)
adds a tooltip to explain the percentile calculation in more depth (Different way to explain percentiles #65)
filters sites included in gw_sites_sf to only those with data (Peaks map - optimize SVG #18)
