Current updates

1. Add a new task to create and save imagescope annotation for FOV and eyepiece field.
2. Set scan scale for each image.
3. In global registration, provide image name and thumbnail of the slide being registered.
4. Add "restart registration" button to restart low resolution registration.
5. Temporary disable auto registration.
