boards: thingy91x: migrate to nrfutil

This patch, in combination with a new nrfutil release fixes the issue where it is very easy to brick thingy91x-nrf53 chips by flashing the nrf91 image. Signed-off-by: Maximilian Deubel <[email protected]>
