Tool for creating input maps for Rigs of Rods, based on 0.37.126's RoRConfig.

NOTE: Since this is based on 0.37.126's source, all I did was edit the configurator source. It's very dirty, but I honestly do not care as this tool is supposed to be temporary until in-game support is added.
