1. Download Latest Version
2. Unpack the Zip file
3. Copy (or drag and drop) DiminishReturns and DiminishReturn_Config into your Wow-Directory\Interface\AddOns
4. Restart WoW

Commands:

/dr          Toggles Configuration Window.
/drtest      Show Test Frames on supported elements.
