Dialogflow and CoCo minimal example

This example uses dialogflow banking prebuilt agent.

To run it -

1. create a banking prebuilt agent on dialogflow
2. go to settings and download the service account JSON
3. place it in this folder under the name keys/service_account.json
4. continue the tutorial from nodejs/py folder
