Purpose

Prepare underlying logic of validation and delegation for Protocol 8 changes.

Changes

  • Update Concordium SDK to 10.0.0
  • Add ability to use GRPC client in the app
  • Use SDK and GRPC for validation and delegation configuration transactions
  • Remove validation/delegation fields from CreateTransferInput

Checklist
