Update folder descriptions in troubleshooting guides.

Changes

  • Updated folder descriptions in the troubleshooting guides for docker, windows, ubuntu and macos.
  • Removed the screenshot of an example directory in the windows troubleshooting guide.
    There are no screenshots in the other troubleshooting guides and there's a layout
    description of the database folder already.

@dg-concordium this should be merged with the release of 6.2.* node.
