Removed the factor $1/16\pi$ from each of the phase space factors (see e.g. PhaseSpaceFactor). The factor comes from the PDG2023, §Resonances, Eq. (50.11) and comes from a normalization on the transition matrix. So far, the factor was irrelevant, as it is mainly used in EnergyDependentWidth where the factor cancels out. In the K-matrix formalism, however, it is often better to leave the normalization out, see e.g. Chung (1995), p.5.
