Description of the changes

Adds a trivia list for the Tech/computer/programming category, ideas/questions has been taken from multiple sources online.

This doesn't feel like a "technology" it feel more of a Programming trivia.

When using units of measurement - you should use both the metric and imperial values.

You should also update all yours questions to be far more specific;

For example:

• How would I decorate a class method if I wanted to use it without initializing a class?
• What is the symbol for the modulus operator?

yeah that what i was gonna name it before but idk why but it felt a bit inappropriate since there were a few computer related questions as well.

Understood, i'll update them after some days since my finals are going on rn, i'm not really much active nowadays

Updated this PR a but, and I'll prolly add a few more questions later sometime, but do note that this PR must only be merged if and only if #5897 get's merged.
