This is beautiful! I wonder if it makes sense to move this to the phyllotaxis challenge since it doesn't use the climate data. Though I can see how the "spiral" in my video could inspire variations in design like this!

Dead link. I wonder if the same person also created #1167 under a different author name and pulled both sketches. I say we close this, it's been open for a while.
