User Stories

Landlord

1. As a landlord, I want to use the system to manage listing of apartments/houses/flats that is up for tenancy.

2. As a landlord, I want to be able view a person's tenancy history using their national ID number.

3. As a landlord, I want to an applicant's (a person/entity applying to occupying a unit) potential to default on rent.

4. As a landlord, I want to manage rent incomes, statements, receipts, invoices, tax report and other financial documents related to rental income.

5. As a landlord, I want automatic update of tenant's payment's information when it is done to a designated payment channel.

Tenant

1. As a tenant, I want to be able to load onto the system rent payment information which would be confirmed by the landlord and a receipt issued.

2. As a tenant, I want to know my fellow tenants in a flats, apartments or a gated community.

3. As a tenant, I want to be able search for house/apartment/flats, view their photos and book for viewing on the system.

4. As a tenant, I want to know the rating of a particular house/apartment/flats, neighborhood and location.

Others

1. As a government, I want to use tenants demographics for planning purposes.

2. As a government, I want to be able to compare the survey maps with where the properties have been built.

3. As a government, I want to be able view a person's tenancy history using their national ID number.
