I have made a new branch which is named Form-Control on VS Code and committed all changes and pushed all to Github, but in Github I can not see this branch and all the changes are at main branch

I don't know why your commits were not happening on the new branch via VSCode. But on Github the branch does not exist.
So can you try the commands here to transfer your commits to a new branch? If you are successful, I think you will need to resubmit a PR from the new branch, and close this PR.

You will be using the main branch for future tasks, so you may want to keep it clean.
