Updating the Contributor section in the READ.ME file to where the title is more accurate to being a Point of Contact section for new users.

Updating "Contributors" title and portion to "Point of Contact" in order to share with viewers a way to access the Clean and Green organization for further information and assistance.

I think 'Points of Contact' is more accurate.

Hi @mjnishigaki the title "Point (or Points) of Contact" works fine. Currently, the list underneath shows people who have contributed to the project. In the near future, we should also replace that list with a list of contacts for the project.
