Skipping Atlas Registration in TubeMap

Hello,

I would like to skip ahead to the vasculature, and ultimately the graph construction section after wobbly stitching. However, I do not seem to be able to access it unless I register the atlas in the alignment phase. I am using rat brains, which is not one of the three atlases in the UI, and so the alignment does not happen even after leaving it running for an hour. I am still met with this screen.

Is there any way to skip this step so I can continue on to the next steps? I do not see the need for atlas registration if I am only concerned with seeing what the vessels look like with my data. If we cannot skip it, why is that? And is there any way for me to set it up to still work with my rat brain microscopy data?
