The goal of the site is to spread information about the neighborhood to current residents and potential residents.
A user; new, current, or possible neighbor can view the site to learn what happens in the area.
This will list neighborhood events, Quarterly meeting, progressive dinners, monthly recycling dates, quarterly brush collections. It will contain contact info for neighborhood Association officers, contacts for elected officials, and social media links.
Details about the area; school district, election district.

The site has a mini calendar for the current and next month. A user can click the date of a special event and a modal will appear with a detail description of the day's event.
