DIG-4935 Remove 'never' option for recurring events in Drupal

• This worked fixes a bug with the 'Never" Ends option when setting up recurring events in Drupal. When this option was picked users were seeing a "temporarily unavailable" message even though the event was saved
• To resolve this we have removed the 'Never' option so users are unable chose it when setting up a recurring event

DIG-5063 Replace SVG embed with svg image

• This work fixed an issue with some department icons where the colors were not correct if they were displayed on pages other then their own home page
• Digital worked with the creative team to fix the problematic icons and re-uploaded them to Drupal so they display with the correct colors

DIG-5100 Remove columns from elections card

• This work removed the Undervotes and Overvotes sections on the Unofficial Elections Results page on Boston.gov

• This work fixed an issue where the Captcha math question on our Zencity feedback form was pre-populating the answer for users which made it easier to collect spam feedback through the form

• This work updates the AI search by adding "no scan" to the translation tags so it does not pick up translated portions of Boston.gov

DIG-5124 Add published and updated dates properly to metatags and structured data on boston.gov pages.

• This work adds date published and date modified in the proper format(structured data) to metatags so this info is reported correctly across Boston.gov

• This work enhances how the City Clerk's office updates the Roll Call Website on Boston.gov, these enhancements include the following:

1. Adding direct buttons in My Workbench for creating specific content types, these types will only be seen by anyone who has the City Clerk Editor Role, these content types include: “Create Public Notice”, “All Public Notices”, “Create Roll Call Docket”, “All Roll Call Dockets”
2. When a new Roll Call Docket is created in Drupal the vote selection will now default to "Yes" instead of "None"
3. Added Roll Call Dockets as an option for the City Clerk Editor Role on the "All Recent Content" Menu

DIG-4845 Icon upload broken in 'transaction grid' component

• This work fixed a bug where users were getting an error when trying to add an icon to a new link in the "transaction grid" component in Drupal
