What problem does this solve?

Refind is independent of the OS and can already be installed without this package:
https://www.rodsbooks.com/refind/installing.html#linux

This would only add unnecessary files to the OS for an extremely niche use case.

refind-install
のみのコマンドでブートオプションが追加されると思いました。
その後コンフィグファイルでtimeoutを0にしてもいいと思います。シングルブートの場合
これはrogallyでのコントローラーの不具合の解除に役立ちます。
それ以外のデバイスで、もしシャットダウン後の起動直後に問題があるデバイスがあった場合も、解消するでしょう。

Thabks for the interest in rEFInd,
me and @ruineka have been working to frzr for quite some time now. Alongside some new features a frzr-extras is planned, where the user can make some modifications to the system and rEFInd is planned (because it's a tool that facilitates development too).

My suggestion is therefore simply to wait until we do that or help us implementing that feature in the refactored frzr.
