🔗 Jira Ticket M2-6921

Changes include:

1. If responses for the activity have been provided (at least once), they should be visible on the page when selecting this activity.
2. If responses have not yet been provided, but the activity is in the current list of activities, selecting it will display the message "No available data yet.
3. If responses have not been provided, and the activity is not in the current list of activities (for instance, if the Reviewers assessment checkbox was enabled and then immediately disabled), it will not be in the list. However, it will not appear on BOTH tabs.
