feat: Add save/load scan coordinates to CSV in the GUI

- Add ability to save scan coordinates to CSV file with region, x, y positions
- Add ability to load scan coordinates from CSV file
- Disable well selector and scan controls when coordinates are loaded
- Re-enable well selector and scan controls when coordinates are cleared
- Change "Save Coordinates" button to "Clear Coordinates" when coordinates are loaded
