Fix ownership running twice
chown on $instdir was occurring twice and it was assumed to be a fast process. However, large worlds can result in a long delay so removed redundant run and added an infobox to let user know what Pinecraft is doing.

Add performance notes in preparation for ports to other SBCs.

Add support for Khadas VIM4.

Add cron
For auto-loading Pinecraft at boot on boards that don't have cron in their Base OS.

Change when wget is installed
Move to dependency check rather than pre-load.
