Supports libxvid, libx264 (8, 10 bit), libx265 (8,10,12 bit), libsvt-av1 (8, 10 bit), librav1e, h264/hevc_nvenc (8, 10bit). av1_nvenc is added for future usage but has not been tested, use with caution. Also add precompiled files jars for ImageJ/FiJi users, and example notebooks for Python users.
