This PR adds the following datasets to the CONP portal:
cneuromod (should be fully functional)
cneuromod.processed (some subdirectories still giving malformed URL issues, presenting for further testing)
cbig-parkinsons (contains dataset but not DATS.json or README)
cbig-als (contains DATS.json and README but no other data)
