Multi-platform builds

This has somewhat successfully been building multi-arch mailhog images for a while now. I'll declare it a new release as now the version numbers are a tad more specific.

It's always building the latest Mailhog from docker no matter what, so this has no golang code in the repo.

I would like to hand this over to someone that will take care of it, possibly get it upstream to dockerhub library and mailhog org as a continuously deployment of their software which I use,

Initial Release (Using Mailhog Version)

docker build -t mailhog:alpine-pi .
