Implement Resources Button and Resources Page

Implemented Resources Page:

• Created a new controller (resources-button.js) to handle requests to the resources page.
• Developed a corresponding view template (resources-button.tpl) to display the resources page content.
• The resources page includes a section for useful links.

    Updated Routes:
• Added a new route for the resources button functionality, ensuring that the resources page can be accessed via the defined path.

  • src/routes/index.js (added route for /resources-button)
    Controller Index Update:
• Updated the controller index file to include the new resources button controller, allowing it to be properly referenced in the routes.
• Files Changed:
  • src/controllers/index.js (added reference to resources-button)
    Testing:
• Verified that the resources button is visible and functional.
• Accessed the resources page and confirmed that the content is rendering as expected.
