Please file two ServiceNow tickets at https://servicedesk.cdc.gov/esc?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=ca066a881b11f8102954873fe54bcb4a, one for Github Enterprise Sign up (cdcent org access), and another for Github Open Source Sign Up (cdcgov access).
