Problem statement

The support team has a new link for the support ticket creation form. We need to updated the link across the ReportStream website to maintain continuity.

What you need to know

  • Intake form - Approved and in Support team's hands to update

Acceptance criteria

  • New link for Support team form identified
  • All locations of old link on ReportStream identified
  • Follow-on engineering ticket created with above information listed
  • Product and Project mgrs notified of engineering follow-on ticket for addition to next sprint FE work
