Add Shift Drop crafting to craft and drop whole stacks

Add a config screen accessible through ModMenu.
Holding your drop key and clicking a recipe will now craft 1 item and drop it.
Holding Alt and Ctrl to toggle the mod can be disabled.
The option AlwaysOn, if set to false, allows the mod to only be active when Alt or Ctrl is pressed.
