This release contains the source code used for the paper "A Chlorophyll-a Algorithm for Landsat-8 Based on Mixture Density Networks", as well as all papers prior. Releases will be made for subsequent papers, updating the source code as new research is conducted.
For most users, downloading the latest release is recommended, regardless of the instrument the model will be applied to. Newer releases should only improve upon performance, and previous releases are made available purely for replicability purposes. Model weights are downloaded separately via the zip file below, and may be extracted into the source code directory.
This will be the final release supporting Tensorflow v1.x; all subsequent development will utilize Tensorflow v2.x.
