Add Win11 and change windows 10 note on EOL OS List

Changed Windows 10 note in EOL OS list to state that 22H2 is the only supported version, and tweaked wording of how to check current version Added Windows 11 note in EOL OS list, stated where to find the currently supported versions, and how to find your current version.
