Currently, PhotonicFreedom only supports one configuration at a time. I propose adding a preset system that allows you to create, delete, and write different presets.

*Technically supported with dynvars now if you wanna do it yourself. Of course I'll still leave this open for whenever I end up making a proper system (and rewriting the mod again like a maniac)
