Have 2 different types of values for when the user is in VR or in Desktop.

An example would be motion blur "shutterAngle" should be set to 180 when in desktop and 0 when in VR.

This could also be useful in the sense of users wanting to have their games look different when in VR compared to when playing in Desktop.

*Technically supported by dynvars if you wanna drive the enabled fields yourself based on your VR state. I'll leave this issue open for whenever I get around to making a proper system or something.
