QoL Recipes & Tag Updates

Bunch of small QoL recipes I proposed as well as several new items in useful tags.

Recipes:

• Stone and Deepslate can now be crushed in the crusher
• Ferns and grass can be grown in the Cloche

Tags:

• Recovery Compasses, Brushes, and Goat Horns are now toolbox tools
• Sand, Red Sand, Soul Soil, Crimson Nylium, and Warped Nylium can all be used for survey tools

I did not add all Overworld top blocks to the survey tools, however: Terracotta is still not usable in the tools.
I also am considering adding sandstone, red sandstone, and dripstone to the survey tools and would appreciate thoughts.
