Rename EnrollmentService to EnterpriseCA

Description

Rename EnrollmentService node type to EnterpriseCA.

Motivation and Context

The AD object is called enrollment service but Enterprise CA seems to be the name used everywhere.

How Has This Been Tested?

Ran collection. It worked.
