Fix small bugs in the plotter widget #2

• Closes Automatically update "Clustering" selection box #217 and Hiding non-selected clusters checkbox bug #216.
• Renamed "Run" button to "Plot".
• Redrawing is done instantly when the new value in the "Clustering" combo box is selected. Potentially implemented in another PR (issue Add auto-update checkbox option #226)
• Renamed "Update Measurements" button to "Update Axes/Clustering Options", which is more self-explanatory.
• Fixed how "Clustering" dropdown box is updated after manual clustering is done.
• Fixed the status of the "hide non-selected" checkbox if algorithmic clustering IDs are selected (it is disabled then).
