The plugins were all converted to run under latest BepInEx builds (#1). Also, the solution can now build after being cloned to a clean environment.

Projects marked with netFM are for BepInEx 6 pre1 (they are the same as in the v0.7 release), while projects marked with net6 are for the latest BepInEx 6 builds.
