Nightscout Integration

With Nightscout integration, Loop will upload predictions and actions, temp basals, boluses, reservoir levels, pump battery, and phone battery to Nightscout.
- You must be running the dev branch of Nightscout
- Loop does not upload BG data; you should configure the bridge plugin if you are using share.
- Configure the following variables:

| ENABLE | Add loop pump

| SHOW_PLUGINS | Add loop pump

| DEVICESTATUS_ADVANCED | Set to true

| SHOW_FORECAST | Set to loop ar2

| PUMP_FIELDS | Set to reservoir battery clock status
