- Despite the bootmgr path being set correctly each time the uvctl service stops on Windows, the outer fwbootmgr ordering is sometimes hijacked on certain systems - Set the fwbootmgr order to load bootmgr when the uvctl Windows service stops Signed-off-by: Andrew Serianni <[email protected]>
Add a compile time switch, ENABLE_NOETH_PT, to enable the no-ethernet feature. This commit will need to be reverted once we gain runtime configuration support, either via the config file feature, or the abililty to set UEFI variables from Windows.

Allows to not have an ethernet controller passthru when other network controllers are passthru, e.g. wireless ones.
