This formatter was created in the beginning for testing purposes, we don't need it anymore.

TODO list:

  • DefineFormatter.ts delete
  • DefineSettings.ts delete
  • package.json delete related settings
  • enableFormatterDecorators remove define class usage
  • check existing tests and settings.json files and remove define settings
