Hello!

I've been trying to register two images (a qptiff with multiple channels [doesn't work even in an ome.tiff version] and an ome.tiff) with "QuPath - Create Warpy Registration" command inside FiJi, one of them shows up and the other is just black.

I installed all software following the 1 - Installation | Warpy: Whole Slide Images Registration with QuPath and Fiji tutorial.

I'm working on linux.

Console output:
[WARNING] 1 exceptions occurred during plugin discovery.
[ERROR] Cannot create plugin: ch.epfl.biop.mastodon.MamutWarperPlugin$Descriptions

Any insight would be great!

Hello!

Have you tried to adjust the min / max display settings ? There's a blue arrow on the right of the bdv window that will appear if you hover over it. Click it, and try to set the max display value if the image you don't see at a low value, like 150. Then let me know

Thanks! It looks like there's a z offset which is not correctly removed. I to investigate and fix the bug.

While waiting for that, you can try this workflow: go.epfl.ch/warpy which is the next version and which is just slightly different . In the next workflow at least you can see the images...
