Adaptive Reconfiguration Index

Development of an index for assessing the level of consciousness of healthy and disorder of consciousness individuals.

Structure of the codebase

This repository is structured into projects/milestone/experiments.

  • Yacine_2020: The milestone containing experimentations with different thresholds and parameters to explore the measure

  • FINAL_Pipeline_2021: The pipeline to calculate the ARI for submission in 2021. This milestones only contains the parameters used in the submissions. For further exploration please refer to the 2020 pipeline.
