Check for duplicate files

The svelteesp32 already notices if the .gz version of a file is accidentally placed in the dist folder.
It would also be nice to be able to detect when two (or more) files have the same content. This can be a mistake or it can be intentional, but you should definitely draw attention to it in order to save storage space.
