Description
Increasing elastic bound size so that each client for each stress test runs a higher number of tests in parallel, causing more stress on the tests so that we can find any underlying issues within the SDK.
Also treating RuntimeExceptions that are wrapping IOExceptions/TimeoutExceptions as IOExceptions/TimeoutExceptions.
