Noting here that e2e tests are failing. I chatted with @yscik and it looks like this is a problem with test setup that wasn't addressed in #3729. The exit survey seems to work fine in my manual testing.

I'm going to go ahead with the release, and we can fix the e2e tests when we merge into master.

@alexsanford @donnapep The current released version is 3.5.3, but the master branch still shows version 3.5.2. Is this release intentionally not in the master branch?
